Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you buy an Investor List. They sit alongside the Terms of Use. Please read the section on final sales before you buy.
What you are buying
An Investor List is a list of investors selected for your company, in the size you chose: 100, 150 or 200 contacts.
Every entry on the list includes the reason that investor fits your company, the key contact at that investor, and a personalized email written for that investor about your company.
The list is delivered inside your account. You log in and it is there.
Orders and prices
Prices are shown on the Investor List page and are stated in US dollars. The price you see when you order is the price that applies to that order. Any tax that applies is added at checkout.
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. Until then no order exists.
What you need to provide
After payment you upload your deck as a PDF and complete a short questionnaire about your company and what you are looking for.
The quality of your list depends on what you give us. If the information you provide is inaccurate or incomplete, the match will be weaker, and that is not a fault in the product.
All sales are final
Investor List purchases are final and non refundable. Once an order is paid, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
This is because the product is produced specifically for your company as soon as you provide your deck and your answers, and it cannot be returned or resold once it exists.
Please be sure the product is what you want before you pay. If you are unsure whether it fits your situation, write to us first and ask.
Delivery
Your list is delivered inside your account. You will be able to search it, filter it by investor type, country and region, and copy any personalized email.
We will tell you by email when your list is ready to view.
How you may use your list
Your list is licensed to your company, for your company own fundraising or sale process. You may use it, adapt the emails and contact anyone on it.
You may not resell it, republish it, share it outside your company or use it to build a competing product.
When you contact anyone on a list, you are responsible for following the marketing and data protection rules that apply where you and they are.
What we do not promise
We select investors and write emails designed to be answered. We do not promise that any particular investor will reply, take a meeting, invest in your company or buy it. Any figures shown on this site describe past averages and are not a forecast of your result.
Contact details can go out of date. Where we become aware that an entry on your list is materially wrong, we will correct it in your account.
Your information
Your deck and your answers are confidential. They are used only to build your list. They are not shared with investors and not shared with anyone else. You can delete your deck from your account at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Sakbe Capital does not yet have a registered legal entity in any country. For that reason this document does not name a company registration, a tax identification number, a registered address, a jurisdiction or a governing law. When an entity is established, these documents will be updated to name it and the terms will be re-issued.
