Using this site

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Sakbe Capital does not yet have a registered legal entity in any country. For that reason this document does not name a company registration, a tax identification number, a registered address, a jurisdiction or a governing law. When an entity is established, these documents will be updated to name it and the terms will be re-issued.

What this site is

This site describes two services. Advisory, where we run a capital raise or a sale process for a client. And the Investor List, a paid product that produces a list of investors matched to one company, delivered inside that client account.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Nothing on it is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Our Disclaimer sets this out in full and forms part of these terms.

Your account

You need an account to buy an Investor List. You must give accurate information, you must keep your password to yourself, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 18 and acting for a business rather than as a consumer buying for personal use.

Tell us immediately at alejandro@sakbecapital.com or gregory@sakbecapital.com if you think someone else has reached your account.

What you may not do

• Copy, resell, republish or redistribute an investor list, in whole or in part
• Share your account with anyone outside your company
• Scrape, crawl or extract data from the site by automated means
• Try to reach another user account, deck, answers or list
• Interfere with the site, test its security without our written permission, or overload it
• Upload anything you do not have the right to upload
• Use the site to send unlawful, deceptive or abusive messages to anyone on a list we provide
• Use the site in a way that breaks a law that applies to you

An investor list is licensed to the company that bought it, for that company own fundraising or sale process. It is not a database you may resell.

What you upload

You keep ownership of your deck and everything you tell us. By uploading it, you give us permission to use it for the single purpose of building and delivering your list, and you confirm you have the right to share it with us.

We treat your deck as confidential. We do not share it with investors, we do not share it with other clients, and we do not publish it.

Our content

The site, its text, its design and the lists we produce belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site and use a list you bought for its purpose. Nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Every company, investor, person and figure shown in an example, a sample list or a sample email on this site is fictional and is there to show what the product looks like.

Availability

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of faults. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Liability

The site and the Investor List are provided as they are. We do not promise that any investor will reply, meet you, invest in you or buy your company. The decision to contact an investor, and everything that follows, is yours.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or indirect losses arising from your use of the site or of a list. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
